Dave Keffer is corporate vice president and chief financial officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation, a technology company focused on global security and human discovery.
Keffer is responsible for the company’s overall business management function and activities including the controller; treasury; contracts and pricing; financial strategy and planning; mergers and acquisitions; tax; internal audit; investor relations; trust administration and investments; global supply chain and the business management organizations within the operating sectors of the company.
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Keffer was a general partner at Blue Delta Capital Partners. He also previously served as the chief financial officer of CSRA, Inc. As CFO, he was involved in all operational matters of the company, including the integration and increased efficiency of SRA International and CSC Government Services, which were merged to create CSRA, the new company he helped take public in late 2015.
Prior to the creation of CSRA, Keffer was the CFO of SRA International. Holding various leadership roles, he led operational improvement initiatives, capital structure enhancements, and a series of acquisitions for SRA. He began his career at Navigant Consulting and Maden Technologies.
Keffer earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Capital Area chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
